How to get to the Educational center

From Prague Airport

Václav Havel Prague Airport handles the flights of most European carriers and also overseas flights. It is located 20-35 minutes from the centre of Prague. There is a good connection between the Airport and the city centre by public transport buses and taxis. 


You can easily get to the city centre using one of the public buses. For the quickest transport to the city centre or the nearest metro station we advise using routes 119 and 100.

To Hradec Králové by Bus (from Bus Terminal Florenc)

No.119 (Airport -> Metro A Veleslavín, every 5 to 20 minutes, travel time 15 min), from metro station Veleslavín (green line) you can take a metro to station Muzeum, there you change lines (to red line C) and go to station Florenc. There you change to bus at Bus Terminal Florenc which takes you to Hradec Králové.

No.100 (Airport -> Metro B Zlíčín, every 15 to 30 minutes, travel time 18 minutes), from metro station Zlíčín (yellow line) you can take a metro to station Florenc. There you change to bus at Bus Terminal Florenc which takes you to Hradec Králové.

To Hradec Králové by Railway (from Praha hl.n.)

You should buy a ticket before travelling. Tickets may be bought in the arrival halls of Terminals 1 & 2 (from 7 am to 10 pm), at ticketing machines placed at bus stops (cash required) or at the newsagents (if arriving late and all shops are closed buy a ticket from the driver but large banknotes are not accepted).

Public Transport in Hradec Králové

From the main bus station and the main train station take a trolleybus line no. 1 or bus lines no. 8, 9 and 24 - to Sokolská street, "Fakultní nemocnice" station, or buses 16, 23, 24 and 33 - to Zborovská street, "Fakultní nemocnice B" station or trolleybus no. 1 or bus No. 9, 16, 23 and 24 - "Heyrovského" station.

Most recently, it is possible to use a special bus route no. 19, which is accessible from stations: Magistrát města, Adalbertinum, Komenského, Zimní stadion, Heyrovského or Fakultní nemocnice B. and which has three stations directly within the FNHK compound: FN Emergency Emergency, Hospital Department of Neurology, University Hospital Pavilion of professor Bastecky.

By car

If you are arriving by car, find the venue on the urban street circuit of Hradec Králové, between exits to Brno and Pardubice. Follow the traffic signs "H".

There are car parks next to the entrances from Zborovská and Sokolská streets. In addition, it is possible to drive into the compound from the Zborovska street through automatic entrance system: Parking is free for 30 min. Longer delays are charged 10, - CZK for every 30 minutes. Payment must be performed using coins in the parking machine located in front of the exit.

Most taxis in Hradec Králové do not accept credit cards! We recommend you the following taxi company:

Prague:

Most taxis in Prague do not accept credit cards! Although it is easy enough in the centre to hail a taxi on the street, it is recommended that you book one in advance.
