A 45-year-old female with a family history of breast cancer has identified two lumps in her left breast 3 weeks ago. She underwent mammography and core-needle biopsy. Based on the results of these examinations, a lumpectomy (40x60x60 mm) containing two irregular firm nodules 20 and 10 mm in largest diameter was performed. The slide is from the larger lump.
