REGISTRATION FEES:

Regular: (early) 5.500 CZK (≈ 220 EUR), Late (after March 16. 2018) 7.000 CZK (≈ 280 EUR)

Residents: (early) 3.800 CZK (≈ 150 EUR), Late (after March 16. 2018) 5.500 CZK (≈ 220 EUR)

Invited speaker: 2.750 CZK (≈ 110 EUR)

Member of steering committee: 0 CZK

Accompanying persons - 100 EUR (Accompanying persons do not participate at the scientific program.)

​Resident is a junior patologist during education, befor passing a board examination. Each resident must provide a scan copy of an official letter signed by the residency program director confirming the residency status. This has to be sent to following email address: martin.horna@mhconsulting.cz

All payment details will be provided during your online registration. Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.

Registration fee includes:
- Attendance to scientific program - lectures and workshops
- Meals during the whole conference: lunches, coffee breaks, dinners

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation at any stage, an administration fee (30 EUR) will be charged by the organizer.

- Cancellations received until April 4th, 2018 - full refund
- After April 4th - no refund will be made.
